We provide errand services to help simplify your day by covering essential, local travel and basic transitions which occur outside the home. These tasks can include grocery and prescription pickups, mail runs, simple banking, and dry cleaning drop-offs and pickups.

Will the caregiver put groceries away in the refrigerator and cabinets?

Absolutely. Putting away groceries is a standard part of our services, because some clients may not have the strength or ability to store the groceries in the proper places.

Can the caregiver take me with them to run the errand?

Yes, caregivers can take you with them. This is a part of our transportation services.

If the client is home alone, how often will the caregiver check in while performing the errands?

Caregivers typically check in with the client when leaving and upon returning. If the errand is long, they’ll call once they’ve arrived at the destination and when they’re leaving. However, the exact number is built into the client’s care plan and also depends on the client’s comfort level. If there are questions about the errand, the caregiver may make additional phone calls to ask those questions.
